Brian Hoessler, the founder and principal of Strong Roots Consulting, brings both formal training and practical experience to his work with community organizations. He received a Master of Arts (Wilfrid Laurier University, 2011) in the applied field of Community Psychology, with coursework and practicum experience in areas including qualitative and quantitative research, community-based participatory research, and program evaluation. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, Brian has worked with grassroots neighbourhood associations, student-run groups, faith-based organizations, municipal, regional and federal government agencies, and non-profit organizations of all stripes and sizes, with a focus on community-based research and program evaluation.
